Live 2 Help's Health and Social Care has been established since 2019, it is the beginning of our journey, and has grown from strength to strength in providing experienced, compliant healthcare professionals predominately across the mental health, learning disability, elderly care and children’s services sectors.
We conduct interviews with all our candidates in person or the phone, we speak to them about their expectations, their qualifications, training and the Clients. Our clients receive workers that are fully vetted and compliant, have their refresher training tracked, renewed and have up to date enhanced DBS checks. We also ensure all candidates have a detailed knowledge of the specific role, the company and its culture.
We meet with each of our Clients to gain an understanding of their individual settings and we provide this feedback to our Workers. This helps to ensure we get the right Worker for the right setting.
